The room was clean and comfortable with lovely amenities, but the damp smell was quite off-putting. The heating seemed inadequate for summer, which didn’t help. Still, the staff were friendly and the location was convenient for accessing nearby shops.

Hotel needs serious updating!!! Stained carpets, poorly maintained facilities, and a lack of basic amenities make for a disappointing experience. Issues with room cleanliness and unsatisfactory shower pressure could really use attention!!!

For the price, the room was fine and had everything we needed. The lady on reception retrieved a travel cot for us within ten minutes, really saved the day!

We had a great stay in a spacious family room with a big comfortable bed and a single pull-out bed for the kids. The clean bathroom was slightly compact, but it was manageable. Unfortunately, the heating was too warm upon arrival due to a broken window, but overall, the convenience of parking and nearby dining options made it worthwhile.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being just a few steps from Nene Park where I strolled through beautiful green spaces and enjoyed the scenic views. It was under 7 km to the bustling town center with plenty of landmarks and shops to explore.

The room had a comfy bed and plenty of hot water. The location was super convenient, right off the A1 and next to fast food spots. the room felt tired. The carpet had wear and tear, and some areas looked grubby. I noticed a huge hole in the bathroom door, which was patched poorly. The shower needed a good clean, with dirty droplets hanging from the ceiling. I also encountered issues with the payment process. they wouldn’t accept my debit card as proof of identity, which was frustrating since I booked online with it. On top of that, I felt the late checkout charges were unnecessary. I would have preferred a better-maintained room and a more accommodating payment system.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast options were decent, the shower had a comfortable seat, and I loved the super clean rooms. I'd definitely come back!
